There are always going to be questions potential buyers of BuilderSites will have. They are expected and welcomed by The Harvey Group, as we know that the concept of buying information or Sales Leads from another company that you have no history with, will naturally prompt you to do some basic due diligence. We have tried to anticipate what these questions will generally be and have tried to answer them below. If you have a question that is not answered below, please email info@theharveygroup.com and we'll be happy to answer you.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many Regions are purchased and exactly what data is purchased from each Region. As a rule, the cost per site will vary between 25 cents to 50 cents.
If requested, we can provide cost comparisons against a couple of the “leading providers” of Home Builder & Construction specific information. BuilderSites is not only a fraction of their costs, but also provides much more information per Site, including the Leads that come from each Region. Frankly, in situations where decisions are made on the basis of cost, we should never lose an order. Especially when the total amount of data each Site from The Harvey Group contains is taken into account, as many of these “leading providers” provide what is really no more than an electronic mailing list, with absolutely no intelligence on the Site. For example, how many homes a year do they build and what software are they using?

But I already have a “List”

We’re sure you do! You’d have to, just to be in business. To begin with, BuilderSites is not really a List. It’s a true Decision Support tool, that only has one thing in common with a List. This is the data portion of BuilderSites, which in effect, is a huge text file of over 52,000 Sites, that can be searched, manipulated and graphed from within Maximizer, the engine that sits on top of this data, that gives it some meaning.

The key information we have on each Site tends to be more robust than what most “Lists” contain, only because our Sites have been called so often over the last 5 ½ years, to support our Lead Generation practice. Having an existing List may be a moot point, because if you want to keep your current List, or CRM in place, you can easily do so and still take full advantage of what BuilderSites offers. This is because you can easily use BuilderSites on a stand alone basis and take advantage of the functionality Maximizer offers for Decision Support. Both the Site data and Lead details can be exported to your CRM if desired. It is worth mentioning again here, that BuilderSites is not positioned to replace whatever you are using, but to complement it.

What does The Harvey Group Offer that other companies don’t?

Several things:

  1. A significantly lower cost per Site. Typically, our costs are less than half of all the other providers, with more data provided on each Site.

  2. More information per Site. Information that is really relative to understanding the Site. For example how many how many homes they build a year and what Software they use.

  3. The powerful CRM engine from Maximizer that sits on top of the 52,000 Sites, providing many Decision Support capabilities. The standard “Out of the Box” Maximizer product has been modified & tuned over 5 and ½ years by The Harvey Group, to manipulate and report on these Sites.

Users of BuilderSites can now get to take advantage of all this effort, as their need to find & select Sites on an ongoing & random basis are virtually the same as The Harvey Group. The only difference is that The Harvey Group had used the System to find Leads for their clients, and the new users of BuilderSites will use the system to find Leads for themselves.

I already have a CRM that I like and don’t want to get rid of it. Do I have to install Maximizer to use BuilderSites?

BuilderSites is positioned to enhance and not replace your current system. Unless of course you want to, in terms of migrating everything over to Maximizer, making it your CRM. However, most clients will simply use BuilderSites on a stand alone basis, to take advantage of all the modifications done to Maximizer by The Harvey Group, to support our Lead Generation practice.

The cost for a Maximizer License, which is about $200.00, is built into BuilderSites. When you consider all of the features and capabilities that Maximizer provides, in terms of manipulating this information, it would make more business since to install it and use it on a stand alone basis. In other words, should you want to keep your CRM, you can use Buildersites for Decision Support inquires and export Site information for import to your system via simple text file transfers.

Can BuilderSites target one specific area?

Yes. Sites can be searched and selected for calling based on several parameters, including geography and the size of their operation.

Can we add our information to BuilderSites?

Yes, it can easily be done via a text file import.

Can you help us follow up on existing leads that we already have?

Yes. There is still a Lead Generation practice within The Harvey Group. Talk to us about your requirements.

Do you have references I can call?

We have only recently introduced the product and it too early for any meaningful client feedback. Of course the product can be demonstrated to prove that it is as advertised.
